if you aren’t feeling too great right now, please realize that it is okay to not be okay!! instead of trying to hide these passing negative feelings, feel them. feel them with every fiber of your being and realize that with the good comes the bad and that you have to accept that. don’t feel as if all your hard work was for nothing because you had a bad day. and don’t keep the bad feelings in then put on a mask of happiness. you are sad right now, and that is okay. that is alright. you are human, you are allowed to have different emotions.
