Hey fam! I wanted to talk to you guys about something.
Part 1:
I normally don’t like to get political or anything on this blog if I can help it, because I want to focus more on positivity, plus I know a lot of you are young and/or live in different countries. But if you live in America and are capable (that is, physically, legally, and emotionally capable) please vote.
If you missed your state’s registration cut off, you can register in person at the polls- that’s what I did, and it was super simple! Just be sure to look up what you need to bring (I required two forms of identification, but I don’t know if that’s the same in every state). There were no lines at the polling place I went to, so the whole process took less than 20 minutes.
And now, Part 2!:
Politics are stressful as hell. There’s a reason I don’t talk about it much. This year especially there has been a ton of posts and information going around urging people to vote. While that is completely understandable, because it is incredible important, it’s also kind of scary.
So here are some tips from your resident anxious punk!
-Make voting an errand. If you can, make it one of multiple errands (”alright, after class I need to return these library books, vote, and pick up more cat food”). It makes it less scary and easier to push out of your head once it’s checked off your list.
-Have some distracting self care things planed for when you get home! Drink tea and watch your favorite show, draw, write, finally sew that patch that’s been sitting on your dresser for two months onto your jacket. Stuff like that.
-Once your done, if you need to, don’t feel bad blocking political posts. Know your limits and do your best to find the balance between staying informed and protecting your mental health.
-I highly recommend watching (or rewatching in my case) Thomas’ “Reasons to Smile” videos. They are some of my favorites and are a great source of positivity and optimism!
-If you need an extra boost, DM me for pictures of kittens and/or my Hedgehog, J’Zargo! (or any other animal at your request)
These things are important, but YOU are important to. So do your best, and take care of yourselves, punklings. ❤

My abusive mother just told me that she “accidentally” threw away my passport when she was spring cleaning.
Guys, I’m supposed to be travelling overseas on January 10 to reconnect with my dad and discuss the possibility of him supporting me. After struggling to survive for months, this was supposed to be my chance at finally getting financial support.
But now I’m absolutely devastated. My mother will stop at nothing to keep me financially screwed and relying on food banks to live.
I MAY be able to get a new passport in time, but I would have to pay so many fees. $277 for a new one and $183 for it to be processed quickly.
I KNOW THIS ISN’T THE MOST URGENT THING BUT I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH THIS TRIP MEANS TO ME. I HAVEN’T SEEN MY FATHER IN YEARS. I WANT HAVE A CHANCE TO SEE HIM FOR YEARS AFTER THIS BECAUSE THIS WAS A ONE-TIME ONLY DEAL. I CAN’T LET MY MOTHER DO THIS TO ME.

Dillon Alexander Williams went to Kings Island with me and my mother Melanie Dean but is now nowhere to be found. Last time I saw him was at the Build a Bear in Kings Island and he seemed completely fine. After hours of security searching they discovered my husband was no longer in the park and hadn’t been since 11 am. He was seen on camera walking out of the park, through the Soak City parking lot and out towards the Sunoco on the other side of the street.
He was last seen wearing black jeans, pink converse, a red and black Deadpool letterman jacket and a Marie the cat beanie like in the pictures I’ve provided.
I’ve been asking around and no one has seen him. This is legitimately the most terrifying thing I’ve ever experienced in my life, please, if you have ANY info call the Mason PD or send me a PM on here. I just want my husband home.
I called the Mason PD myself and asked if there was a missing persons report on Dillon Williams and /yes/ there is an actual report and search going on for this guy. So it’s not made up that he’s missing.
HEY GUYS I DID MORE DIGGING ON THIS AND GOT IN TOUCH WITH DILLON’S MOTHER
He’s not missing, its a false police report. He’s trying to get away from his wife.
Obviously I asked permission to post these screenshots of the conversation I had with his mother. He is not missing. OP is trying to use Tumblr and Facebook and stranger’s lack of knowledge of the family and situation to find him and control and further abuse him.

Yeah knock that shit right the fuck off, don’t fall for it and get your ass to the polls, we are not doing this again.
