This is a reminder to:
- Eat
- Drink water
- Shower
- Sleep
- Relax stress points
- Take a deep breath
- Cry, if you need to
- Have a conversation with someone, even if it’s just small talk
- Tidy your work space, I find it helps with being productive
- Make a list of things to do (it helps me when I’m overwhelmed with tasks)
- If you’re working a lot, take a break
- Go to the bathroom
- Brush your teeth
- Wash your face/clean your skin
- Eat something healthy
- Stretch
- Go outside
- Brush your hair
