“All I want is for you to be happy.”
Shine’s light flashed as Wish spoke. He looked at him. “I know brother.” Shine whispered. Yellow magic tears flowed his cheek. Shine wiped them away getting on his tiptoes to reach his face.
“You’ve done what you could.”
“I should have done more. I could have done more.” Shine shushed Wish. He smiled a small grateful smile.
“You’ve done enough.” He said softly. Wish looked down not believing him.
“Look around, look around. Look how luckily we are to be alive right now. Look around, look around at how luckily we are to be alive right now.” Shine sang softly. Wish looked at him in shock as Shine smiled.
“You have done so much for me. You have made so happy. You have done enough. It has been enough.” Shine sang.
“Shine-”
“Stay alive, that’s all I need to stay happy.”
