Like blue is born fully grown, so hes more like growing in his cocoon in the flower he came out of (kinda fetus-y XP ). UT pap isn’t too baby-ish, more like a wobbly toddler like newborn horses. and unfortunately sans never was a baby, he was created the way he is now, sorry, no baby angel
